Any guidance or support offered by the Committee is purely advisory, informal, and voluntary, based on dialogue, understanding, and mutual consent among the individuals involved.

The Committee does not claim any legal authority and is not affiliated with any court, government department, statutory body, or legal institution.

Where necessary, individuals may be guided or referred to appropriate professionals, organisations, or authorities, at their own discretion and responsibility.

By approaching or engaging with the Committee, individuals acknowledge and agree that the Committee shall not be held liable for any decisions taken, actions pursued, or outcomes arising from such guidance or interactions.

ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟನೆ

ಮಹಿಳಾ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಟುಂಬ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಹಾಗೂ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಸಮಿತಿ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ, ಸಲಹೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಾದ ಸರ್ಕಾರೇತರ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಸ್ಥಾಪಿತ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಸೇವಾ ಸಮಿತಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.

ಈ ಸಮಿತಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾನೂನು ಸಲಹೆ, ಕಾನೂನು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ, ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿತ್ವ, ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಮಧ್ಯಸ್ಥಿಕೆ, ಅರ್ಬಿಟ್ರೇಷನ್ ಅಥವಾ ಯಾವುದೇ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗ ಅಥವಾ ಅರೆ-ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಸಮಿತಿಯಿಂದ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಅಥವಾ ಬೆಂಬಲವು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಅನೌಪಚಾರಿಕ, ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಾ ಮತ್ತು ಸಲಹಾತ್ಮಕ ಸ್ವರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು, ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಸಂಭಾಷಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆಯ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಈ ಸಮಿತಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾನೂನು ಅಧಿಕಾರವಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ಇದು ಯಾವುದೇ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ, ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ಕಾನೂನು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಅಥವಾ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಹೊಂದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ, ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರರು, ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳತ್ತ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಬಹುದು; ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಅವರದ್ದೇ ಆಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಈ ಸಮಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಥವಾ ಅದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂವಹನ ನಡೆಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ, ಸಮಿತಿಯಿಂದ ನೀಡಲಾದ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ, ಕ್ರಮ ಅಥವಾ ಪರಿಣಾಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಮಿತಿ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರರಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದವರು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.
